After her law studies, Jeannette started working for the ING Group in 1992 and gained a great deal of economic and financial experience on an international scale. In 2003 a more person-oriented career step followed and she joined Assets Executive Search as a partner.
Working for more than eight years as a head-hunter in the financial world, she decided she wanted to work on a more personal basis with company employees. To this end, she undertook the Business Ecology Concept and AEM Cube Certification course in 2014 and in 2017 the Career Coach-Training Personality at Work – NEO PI3.
Jeannette mainly uses her enthusiasm and energetic power to establish and maintain relationships and networks. Her focus on results is very useful and so as a team member of Top Executive Care, she contributes to a positive and innovative working environment for professionals. A positive attitude, full cooperation and open and honest communication – that is what her life is all about.
