Marc Pennartz
Executive Coach & Partner
Doctor and entrepreneur – is that possible? The career path of Marc provides the proof. After med-school he held a position as doctor assistant at the Antonie van Leeuwenhoek hospital and was a medical adviser of the alarm centre EuroCross International. In 1991 he became a Managing Partner at the occupational health and safety service Medisch Consult. In 2000 Marc specialized and became a company doctor. He took over Top Executive Care from a fellow doctor. Since 2009, Marc has been Managing Partner and is available as coach for business executives.
Albert Hietink
Executive Coach & Partner
Albert is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO. For years he led professionals in media, ICT and healthcare and knows from experience the world of lawyers, medical specialists and bankers. From 2011 until 2018 he was CEO of U-center, a private equity-owned innovative mental health clinic. Since 2018, Albert has been Managing Partner at Top Executive Care and active as coach for executives and professionals. He can adapt his role to person and his context. Coach, guide, mentor, substantive sounding board, he has experience in and is expert on burnout with professionals and executives.
Jirko Bilik
Executive Coach
Jirko has been an executive coach at Top Executive Care since 2003. In his long career he has held key positions in Human Resource Management and Management Development among others ABN AMRO. Because of this, he has a rich experience in all phases of the personal and career development of young professionals into top management. As a coach, he is active in a broad international consultancy practice and in a network of wide-ranging -family- businesses and intermediates. Jirko has degrees in economic/legal areas and in HR, including the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan. He is certified in a wide variety of career tools and assessment methods.
Zita Hietink
Executive Coach & Psychologist
As a coach for executives and professionals active within Top Executive Care, Zita naturally switches between the roles of coach, psychologist and sparring partner. After her study Psychology, she worked at the Universiteit Medisch Centrum of Utrecht, The Netherlands, in a private practice focused on behavioral change and as a professional coach for legal firms and international oriented financial institutions.
As a result, she has 25 years of experience in guiding and coaching her clients. She helps motivated individuals who are willing to apply self-reflection in order to achieve sustainable growth and change within their professional setting and / or private situation.
Marit Wisselink
Coach and Trainer
Marit is connected as a team coach and trainer at Top Executive Care. After taking her B.A. in Business and Management at Webster University, and Cultural Studies at the University of Amsterdam, she has held several communication positions in the cultural sector, including Het Joods Historisch Museum and Het Nationaal Ballet, both in Amsterdam. After a brief outing as consultant in Recruitment and Selection, Marit followed her heart and is now working as coach and trainer, having undergone training with BGL&Partners and Phoenix Opleidingen (Solution-oriented Coaching, Working Systematically and Transactional Analysis).
Lambert Koster
Consultant and Trainer
Lambert has a background in hotel management and business administration. He started out as operations manager at the university within executive education before making the transition to the organisational consulting profession. His early years were spent as an employee at a training agency; he then assumed responsibility for learning and development within a strategy consulting organisation. Later, as an independent entrepreneur, he and a partner set up their own training and consultancy firm that primarily focused on health care. This eventually became a network organisation.
Jeannette Samplonius
Consultant
After her law studies, Jeannette started working for the ING Group in 1992 and gained a great deal of economic and financial experience on an international scale. In 2003 a more person-oriented career step followed and she joined Assets Executive Search as a partner. Working for more than eight years as a head-hunter in the financial world, she decided she wanted to work on a more personal basis with company employees.
Jeanine Souren
Coach and Psychologist
Jeanine is a psychologist and connected as coach with Top Executive Care. She has completed her Masters degree and took this as a starting point to delve further into the work of the psychotherapist, the system therapist and the sexologist. She is an ICF accredited coach and accompanies people with inner issues and stuck patterns in relationships. The first years of her career she spent living and working as an expat in several countries and coaching other expats. She then developed her expertise in the more complex interpersonal issues and now helps persons explore their challenges using a mostly systemic approach.
Annemarie Snoeck
Coach
Annemarie is an executive and team coach associated with Top Executive Care. She coaches individuals and teams with a variety of interpretations, whereby leadership, resilience, and interpersonal communication stand out. In the field of burnout and stress among professionals and executives, Annemarie has built up extensive experience and a lot of expertise, to effectively help out people.
Leen Paape
Supervisory Boards / Supervisory Board
Leen is an experienced director and supervisor, starting his career at the Royal Military Academy in Breda. During his military career, he became a certified public accountant and then briefly practised that profession at KPMG. Too many numbers and few people made him look for a change in his career.
Tijn Vuijk
Coach
Tijn started her career as a multiple international champion freeride skier. Here she discovered that working with breathing techniques offers a similar experience as climbing mountains. Today this makes her a refreshing psychologist and (breathing) coach. Tijn can help you or your team regain motivation, transformation and inspiration.
Harry Vink
Coach
Harry has worked years as a coach for senior managers, executives and young talents in various profit and non-profit organizations, both at the individual and team level, for over 20 years. As a management consultant, he provides advice in the areas of conflict management, personal assessments and change management. In addition, Harry provides management training and is a supervisor of coaches within various organizations.
