We are extremely curious about people!

By asking the right questions, we can explore the personal, business and private contexts and take existing dilemmas and paradoxes from them. This is the essence of the coaching process. Our questions and interventions are always focused on personal growth and development.

Since our inception 20 years ago, we have specialised in the personal growth and development of high performers – executives, leading professionals and (management) teams- using individual coaching, team development and change programs.

Our core belief is that everyone, wether high performer or team member, is capable of taking control of his or her own destiny, but that more powerful insight, reflection and observation are sometimes required. Our role is to help you navigate your journey towards success. That is our vision.

Powerful insight

In order to make effective changes, it is not always necessary to completely change course. A small correction can make a world of difference. Sometimes, all that is required to make this change is a new and more powerful insight into your life and career path.

Our strength lies in the fact that we can help you recognise, research and substantiate where the crux is for you. We can help you gain insight that will release your natural powers. We do not draw distinctions between work and private life because often these are strongly intertwined and this is true in the case of high performers.

Our coaches

Before coming to us, all our coaches were previously either CEOs, directors, major shareholders, managers or medical professionals, experiencing the highs and lows of a busy professional life. It is this experience of life and work that they bring to you, giving you the tools that will help you become more powerful in your own life and work.

Your coach will be highly committed to your individual development and will be your guide and your counsellor, bringing intuition, as well as business knowhow to your development process.

Because of its unique qualities, every individual has an optimal position in that curve. The starting point of our processes is to determine that position. We do this by always working ‘evidence-based’. We start with physical and psychological measurements.

Captain over your life

A keyword in our method of caching is ‘control’. As sailing enthusiasts, we believe that we are training captains who can adapt to change and who can maintain control.

The change curve of the AEM-cube we see as a wave. Each wave, essentially, makes the same movement as the change curve and behind every wave there is a new one. If you learn how to use the wind, every wave is a means to get ahead.
