Marit is connected as a team coach and trainer at Top Executive Care. After taking her B.A. in Business and Management at Webster University, and Cultural Studies at the University of Amsterdam, she has held several communication positions in the cultural sector, including Het Joods Historisch Museum and Het Nationaal Ballet, both in Amsterdam.
After a brief outing as consultant in Recruitment and Selection, Marit followed her heart and is now working as coach and trainer, having undergone training with BGL&Partners and Phoenix Opleidingen (Solution-oriented Coaching, Working Systematically and Transactional Analysis).
Marit is always curious and looking for the human potential. A trustworthy and sincere listener, who also hears what is not said, she unravels, brings peace and creates clarity and overview. Additionally, Marit encourages individuality, self-insight and self-management and provides the scope to explore what works in practice.
