Lambert has a background in hotel management and business administration. He started out as operations manager at the university within executive education before making the transition to the organisational consulting profession.
His early years were spent as an employee at a training agency; he then assumed responsibility for learning and development within a strategy consulting organisation. Later, as an independent entrepreneur, he and a partner set up their own training and consultancy firm that primarily focused on health care. This eventually became a network organisation.
For many years, Lambert has provided business administration courses for medical specialists, hospital and public pharmacists as well as programs for general practitioners and managers of care groups. Over the past ten years, he has been an associate with various organisations including the Holland Consultancy Group, De Baak and Human Insight. As coach and trainer with Top Executive Care, he focuses on organisational issues where subjects such as strategy, innovation & design thinking and leadership teams form the common thread.
